I don’t have a single to boost, but here’s an organization to donate to if you want to help MS children in foster care ASAP.
CASA of South MS needs volunteers and funding to serve children who NEED advocates in abuse/neglect cases!

An important visit to the United States. In Washington, I met with a bipartisan delegation from the U.S. Senate.
Our discussions focused on the continued military assistance for Ukraine, relevant legislative initiatives, my meeting with President Trump, efforts to achieve a just and lasting peace, our vision for ending the war, and the importance of robust security guarantees.
We take pride in having strategic partners and friends like the United States. We are grateful for the unwavering bicameral and bipartisan support for Ukraine throughout all three years of Russia’s full-scale aggression.

Press Association strongly objects to Hinds County judge's order directing newspaper to remove editorial critical of Clarksdale city leaders. https://t.co/vHhWW41np8
Indeed. Martin basically said, “I’m going to accept everything Plaintiff alleges as true, not give you a chance to respond, & predetermine your liability.”
Take it from a 20-year lawyer, this is not how the judicial system is supposed to work.
A Mississippi court ordered The Clarksdale Press Register to remove an editorial that criticized Clarksdale’s mayor for not properly notifying the public of a meeting on a proposed tax resolution.
The judge granted the prior restraint without a hearing. https://t.co/WkEjU8rdrw
Reposting this newspaper editorial that a Mississippi court ordered taken down, for the simple reason it was ordered taken down.
Don’t mess with the first amendment.
This is egregious and unconstitutional. Just a stunning overreach by a Hinds County judge in a case that involves *Coahoma* County and its local newspaper.
What is happening in Clarksdale? The city is suing the paper of record for defamation over a critical editorial while mayor is working with a digital only new source, which is owned by a real estate mogul.
That mogul shares a very similar name/former zip to a man who…(1/2)
One thing I like about @RepBecky's bill is that it doesn't clean out the paycheck like the Senate bill proposes.
@Sparks4Senate pointed out in committee that the Senate bill takes so much out of the paycheck that it doesn't set inmates up to succeed like Becky describes below.
@MSTODAYnews 2. Re: The changes that were undone
Who undid them? When?
I want to see who voted to undo them so I can see how those candidates have spent money since if they’re still around
@MSTODAYnews 1. When it says Polk and Turner made “meaningful changes” and then those changes were ignored or undone, can we get the specific examples?
By leaving it vague, I can’t evaluate what “meaningful” means in this context.
