Anyone already cycling D+Q is making a bet on mouse data and mechanism. That is worth knowing clearly.
The science behind senolytics is some of the most compelling in longevity biology. Zombie cells accumulate with age, drive inflammation, and wreck tissue function.
Drugs that clear them extend lifespan in mice β repeatedly, independently, across labs.

There is also no financial incentive for any organisation to run the definitive trial. Dasatinib is off-patent. Quercetin is a widely available supplement.
The clinical trials that exist are driven by research institutions scraping together philanthropic funding.
That is a structural problem, not a scientific one.
