I will never buy a standard white LED bulb for my home again, and you shouldn't either.
Here's why.
Your light exposure controls your circadian rhythm. This is the internal clock that governs your energy, sleep, metabolism and long term health.
When that rhythm gets disrupted, research has linked it to:
→ 27% higher risk of cardiovascular death
→ 10% higher risk of type 2 diabetes
→ Around 15% higher risk of dementia and Alzheimer's
Here's the part most people miss.
It isn't just "light" that matters. It's the type of light.
Standard white LEDs, especially cool white ones, carry a strong blue peak. That blue light triggers the melanopsin pathway, the direct wiring between your eyes and your brain's master clock.
When melanopsin gets triggered at night, your brain thinks it's still daytime. So it suppresses melatonin.
Melatonin isn't just a sleep hormone. It's also a powerful antioxidant involved in cellular repair throughout the body.
And the suppression isn't subtle. One study found that typical evening home lighting can suppress melatonin by up to 87%.
This isn't just theoretical either.
Large human studies show brighter night-time light exposure predicts a higher risk of heart attack, heart failure and stroke, in a dose dependent manner. The brighter the light, the greater the risk.
Here's why this matters biologically.
"White" LED light isn't biologically white at all. It's essentially a fake midday sun, and evolution never prepared us for that.
For almost all of human history, we had bright light by day, and warm reds and ambers by night from sunset and firelight. Our bodies still expect that pattern.
So what can you actually do about it?
→ Avoid bright overhead lighting after sunset
→ Put your phone and screens into night mode in the evening
→ Change your bulbs
That third one is the biggest upgrade.
If you want to do it properly, circadian lighting mimics the natural pattern your body evolved with: bright white during the day like midday sun, amber in the late afternoon as the sun sets, and deep red at night with zero blue light and no flicker, just like firelight.
Natural sunlight is always best, but this helps your body thrive while you're at home.

The Real Cause of Death
Big Pharma is the most evil organization on Earth. They produce nothing but poisons in different series of pharmaceuticals and pay all the oncologists big bucks for flogging them on trusting patients.
Don’t even imagine that our oncologists don’t know this. Stop all chemo. Call out the oncologists as purveyors of poison!

Unveiling the Truth of the Afterlife: How Our Loved Ones Continue in Subtle Form
There is a realm just beyond perception where the physical dissolves, and only essence remains. In this sacred transition, the human soul slips from its earthly shell and awakens within the etheric body, a vessel of light untethered by time or form.
Though unseen by the eye, it moves among us, vibrating in frequencies too subtle for the senses, yet profoundly present. This is not death in the way the world defines it, but a return to origin, a continuation in finer garments of energy and spirit.
Our loved ones have not vanished; they have simply stepped into the invisible, the eternal.
The astral journey is one of sacred geometry, cosmic intelligence, and energetic truth. Every being carries within a blueprint—a luminous counterpart that activates upon release from the physical form.
This body of light travels realms both within and without, interacting with energies, messages, and patterns that shape our inner and outer universe. Though language falls short, something within recognizes this as familiar. In dreams, synchronicities, sudden knowing, there are traces.
What we call the end may only be a doorway, and on the other side, they are not gone, they are transformed.
Before electric lighting, girls did not experience their first period until age 17 or 18. Today, it happens at 13 or 14, and often even earlier. This shift occurred over roughly a century—far too quickly to be genetic. #circadianrhythm#puberty#LEDlights#menstrualcycle#moon
They spent decades scaring us out of the sun.
After I got out of the hospital years ago, still very sick, I started laying out for an hour a day. No fancy protocol. Just sun. It did me wonders.
Sunlight isn’t just “vitamin D.” It hits mitochondria, blood sugar, nitric oxide, mood, and recovery in ways a pill never will. The same system that told everyone to slather on SPF 50 and stay inside is the one that never mentioned what happens when you actually get consistent, sensible light.
We’ve been hiding from one of the oldest medicines we have. What’s the biggest change you noticed once you started getting real sun again?
