Our business replaced Comcast with Starlink 2 months ago. We Love It! Comcast does not and will not terminate service. We sent legal a note and a bill to [email protected] . @elonmusk Thank You Starlink, we love having you on our team!!! Legal Concern / Complaint / Legal Review Request / Service Request Demand Legal Department, Please find this as my 5th attempt to close our business comcast account. We have had service with Comcast since April 2022. I started this close process in April 2026. Your service went down for 4 days without notice or the availability to speak to anyone. This hurt my business. Your rates tripled and the speed of service dropped. This also hurt our business. Every time we contacted your office, we were met with very poor customer service and had to lodge multiple complaints. Unfortunately, that affected your business. We have changed carriers, without your permission. If you are so desperate for the return of your outdated equipment, send a box. If you wish to continue to provide service after you have been replaced, offer it for free. It is no longer part of our business plan to utilize Comcast. Starlink offers better service for a fraction of the cost. To be clear, I charge $20 a minute for dealing with such inconveniences and unfortunately your back-office group thought it was humorous to keep me tied up for 55 minutes on the phone to simply effect cancellation. That is $1,100.00 that Comcast owes me. Please pay promptly, you can send a check or ACH to my account. The question to ask yourself and the DEI hires you have placed (Like Monica - whom we lodged complaint against), was it worth it? Raising our rates and treating us like crap. Was it really worth it? That being said, it was a fun 4 years. Hopefully executive bonuses will survive the newer and less robust service model. All the best, Kim Team Elon

@ronsterd89 Where are her parents? I imagine that is part of the issue. Get her someone to speak to that is not you. If this is real and not fake, she is struggling with something.
