A huge thank you to all who came out last night to support our “ Reeling in the Years” event. It was an outstanding success. Great to have the video messages from former players living in Ireland, especially the great Jackie Devine. Lovely to have @oharap30 back for the weekend.
One more sleep until the big event, “Reeling In The Years”
Hear the storied tales from former players, who are still living in New York and from those living in Ireland. Sixty years plus. This is a unique event, and promises to be very entertaining. So please come and support.
Fantastic result for @OfficialLDGAA today in Carlow.
Keep the momentum going against @OfficialDownGAA in the next game. Well done to management and players.

Congratulations to our former president Mike Prunty, who will be the recipient of the Rose Cosgrove, "Distinguished Service Award" at the United Irish Counties Dinner, on January 25th, at Antun's, Queens Village.
Rose herself was a former Longford Association president.
There are two seats left at the Longford Association tables for the @LongfordGAA_NY Dinner Dance this Saturday night, January 19th at The Manhattan Club. Please contact President Patrick Yorke asap if you wish to attend.
It's been 13 years since you left us Frank... it feels like yesterday. PO Hennessy suffered a brain aneurysm while responding to a call of a man with a firearm in Brooklyn. The County #Longford native left behind a wife, 2 daughters and too many friends to count. We miss you.
