Studies suggest that receptive anal intercourse (RAI) may be more common among heterosexual men than commonly assumed, with some estimates reaching as high as 33%. For some men, it is sought for the intense pleasure it can provide through stimulation of the prostate, sometimes referred to as the male โG-spot.โ However, cultural stigma and the misconception that anal sex is inherently associated with homosexuality can discourage men from exploring it. Some men who identify as straight may nevertheless enjoy sexual experiences with other men, illustrating that sexual behavior and sexual identity do not always align and that human sexuality can be more fluid than cultural labels suggest.
