Today we played Crayford Arrows Vets in the league. They had won their last 5 games on the bounce and we were missing several players but the boys dug in and won 4-1. Jason x 2, Macca and Mo. MOM- Macca. Great team performance!

Lost 2-1 in the BHC Cup last week. Jason scored our only goal but we never got going and @OldPepysFC fully deserved the win. Good luck to them in the next round.

Wasted chances, not enough effort, mistakes in vital areas of the pitch means we take our first L in the league. 3-1 up with 30 mins to go and we lose 4-3 to SP Athletic. Simply not good enough.

Lineup vs Riverview in our most recent outing where we won 5-2 in some bizarre weather conditions. Goalscorers were Jason x 2, Macca, Jamie and Mo. MOM- Jamie.

So far in the league:-

Game 1- away to Orpington Vets we beat them 1-0.

Game 2- away to London South United and we drew 3-3.

Game 3- away to Old Pepys where we lost 4-2.

Game 4- home to Riverview where we won 5-2.

With a squad consisting of 28 players and half of them being new signings this year we want to mould together as quick as possible, build some momentum with the aim of getting promoted and trying to get to the latter stages of some cups.

Since then we have had 4 league games where we have won 2, drew 1 and lost 1. (WDLW so far).

In pre season we had 4 x friendlies. Quick run down of the results……

1) We played Old Pepys Vets and won 3-2.

2) We played Chipstead and won 7-1.

3) We played Baldon Sports and won 4-1.

4) We played Green Court and lost 5-4.

@medway_council @MedwayRecycles Hi, currently recovering from a snapped leg, had to get my dad to put my rubbish out for me Wednesday eve (for Thursday pick-up). I’ve now called up twice to raise this. Black bags haven’t been collected?! 😳 I’m not mobile enough to move them back. Cheers, Ben.
