@Icelandair Your employees lied to me saying they had tried to reach me multiple times. I had no missed calls, no SMS, and no emails. I did get my bag but it was my persistence, certainly not your customer service.
@Icelandair my bag has been delayed since Nov 29th. Your customer service still can't tell me if it arrived in Newark or how to get in touch with someone local. Horrible way to treat yor priority customers.
