Regarding measures to prevent users from cheating by entering the World Cup Championship using multiple personal wallet addresses, I have outlined the following solutions:
1. Our tournament adopts a knockout format featuring 16 competitors who compete head-to-head in pairs. Winners advance to the next round. Matchups are randomly assigned by administrators after registration closes, so users cannot pre-determine their opponents. The only feasible way for a single user to manipulate match outcomes would be to control all 16 participating wallet addresses themselves.
2. To mitigate the risk of one individual controlling all 16 entries, we will open registration to an unlimited number of participants. Administrators will then select the most qualified 16 contestants based on their historical PvE and PvP match records within a designated timeframe. For instance, out of 100 registered participants, only 16 will be selected to join the official tournament bracket. This significantly raises the cost and difficulty of cheating.
3. All matches will be publicly viewable. Meanwhile, administrators will set up a referee panel to score both competitors based on their strategic decision-making and competitive integrity. If conclusive evidence shows one side intentionally throwing a match to benefit the opponent, both parties will face penalties. In severe cases, both competitors may be disqualified from the tournament entirely.
Attached is our preliminary registration design draft (subject to revision). We welcome feedback and suggestions from everyone.
