@BethMooreLPM I too attend a liturgical church now! Raised Pentecostal, missionaries daughter, A of G, etc. I love it so. I still am learning the times/seasons. The vast nothing time always gets me. It is formally known as Ordinary Time. But I'm like- " Can't we call it something?" π
@BethMooreLPM I finally quit the wrestling match of shoving my king size comforter into its dress. I now just lay the duvet cover over the comforter and address it as "coverlet". Serves the same purpose, and is less frustration/stress inducing. Just as pretty! Easier to remove and wash!
Engage your life with the confidence that you have a Divine Intercessor praying for you, a Father who is deeply committed to you, and the Holy Spirit who infuses you with power! Don't look around for signs. Look up and rejoice because all of heaven is cheering you on.
@Ferndiggity Iβve never gone past the shallow part - just dead like a dog. π€π . I have read one of his books. Interesting and tragic and brilliant.
Doing the work of Christ isn't about doing anything new, it's about joining in and participating in what Christ is already doing, and has done. It's participation in God's work as revealed in Jesus. #nooneisthestar#christalone
"A tiny God is a God who is never allowed to become more than we understand Him to be. Never more than we are told He is. A God held hostage by our perceptions and fears. If your God is tiny- you have yet to discover Him. "
