Stillllll Waiting for a PIR number from @eurowings ANY response from @united @DublinAirport @FlySWISS its been two weeks now and nobody can tell me where my luggage is or when I’m going to see it delivered. You all would rather blame each other than actually find it.

@eurowings You told me at DUS after erasing my itinerary that my bag was ON THE WAY TO DUBLIN WITHOUT ME. My original flight was IST>DUS>DUB. My Eurowings portion of the flight was disrupted. You’ve continuously told me to find PIR# now this…fingers pointing to everyone else.

@warschauer @LooLooGlass You receive a PIR number right after your reported your missing luggage. The PIR number always includes the airport, the airline code and your bag tag number. It looks something like this: CGNEW12345. And no, we are not robots. Best, Ivy

Buy a business class ticket with @united … end up with lost luggage, no boarding pass, and forced to sit on the airport floor in a foreign country for 6 hours alone with your valuables. Bravo!

Swiss air laughed at me when I asked for accommodation help after their delay caused me to miss the last bus home from Dublin. They said its a @united problem and United said it was @FlySWISS I slept on the airport floor. Still no luggage #businessclass #travelchaos
