Hey @Xfinity your customer service is terrible. We have an Xfinity business account. Our phones and internet have been down for two days. That makes it really hard to do things like, oh I don't know, COMMERCE! Get us a tech on site, ASAP please!

@ATTHelp Update - have now been on the phone with @ATT 3 times today and am no further along than I was yesterday. Still can't get anyone to tell me when/if I can expect a technician. I should be CEO of AT&T. I would never allow this crappy level of service.

@ATT You are terrible. My business phones are not working. Spent 31 minutes trying to get help. Transferred four times only to be hung up on with a "bad" connection. Your customer service is the worst.

@ATTHelp After almost two hours on hold yesterday was told I needed a tech to come on site. How long does that take? 24-48 hrs. Too long I say. We'll escalate it and call you. Ask me if I got a call. Phones still not working. AT&T service still terrible.

@ATT I understand outages happen, but estimated restoration date is Friday? You serious Clark? Our business is unable to receive email, process credit cards, or access internet. Kind of makes it hard to do commerce and such in this day and age.
