What is the point in my daughter paying extra for next day DPD delivery if @LookfantasticCS are just going to send it with Evri anyway. Oh and guess what, the parcel was out for delivery then immediately marked delayed, so that means stolen.

Very disappointed in @lookfantastic today. Sent me the wrong foundation in right box. Refusing a full refund because the box had been opened. Having to escalate up to management because their company policy apparently superscedes the Consumer Rights Act 2015 #CustomerRights
