⭕️ Trump Defends Netanyahu, Says Hamas Is Disarming, Sidesteps Question on Lebanon
President Donald Trump discussed Israel, Gaza, Hamas, and Lebanon during an interview on The Hugh Hewitt Show, strongly defending Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while making several claims about the war.
➤ On Netanyahu: Trump rejected claims that he had “thrown Bibi under the bus,” calling him a successful wartime prime minister. He said Israel “would not exist today” without the combination of himself and Netanyahu.
➤ On Iran and Israel: Trump again claimed Iran had been weeks away from obtaining a nuclear weapon before U.S. strikes, saying Tehran would have used it within a day against Israel.
➤ On Hamas: Asked whether Netanyahu should “finish the job” against Hamas and Hezbollah, Trump said “a lot of progress” had been made and claimed Hamas “are disarming,” though he immediately added that this did not mean they would follow through.
➤ On Israeli captives: Trump credited himself with securing the return of all remaining Israeli captives, including 28 bodies, and praised Hamas for carrying out much of the work involved in returning them.
➤ On Gaza and Lebanon: Trump did not directly answer whether Israel should launch further attacks to eliminate Hamas and Hezbollah, and made no substantive remarks about ongoing Palestinian deaths, Gaza’s destruction, or Israel’s continuing occupation and attacks in Lebanon.

This is not complicated.
Trump sued the IRS. He also runs the IRS. It is an agency of the executive branch he controls as president.
Then he settled with himself. Sweeping tax immunity for him and his companies, plus up to $1.8 billion in taxpayer money set aside for so-called “victims” including the January 6 rioters he has spent years defending and pardoning, some of whom assaulted police officers.
I’m glad a federal judge just threw the whole thing out.
Trump and the IRS were never actually on opposite sides, which the Constitution requires in a real lawsuit. I’m also glad she referred the lawyers to state bar authorities for possible ethics violations.
Where are my Republican colleagues speaking out against this whole corrupt scheme? The rule of law means nothing if it vanishes the moment it becomes politically inconvenient.

Trump demands to be reimbursed by other countries for the war against Iran:
I want to be reimbursed because we're protecting a very rich portion of the world. We're spending money. And so what we've done is we are going to be reimbursed for protection. You have Saudi Arabia, you have UAE, you have Qatar… Bahrain.
Court has found what we knew all along. Blanche’s “settlement” with Trump providing tax immunity was illegal self-dealing. Trump barred from using it and lawyers sanctioned. Great to see a court call out the corruption.

Collins: You've been bombing Iran for months now. Is this just the new normal for the American people?
Trump: Well, you know, we were in Vietnam for 19 years…
.@SenBillCassidy you have stated on the record you are not comfortable with Todd Blanche as AG. So, are you going to vote to block his confirmation? Your words mean nothing unless they are backed by ACTION that aligns with those words.
