@realcavsfans I agree. I just like the ability of having a capable defender on the wing when we have Spida and Harden in the backcourt. But I still agree with you that spacing is more important to unlock the offense’s max potential. The frontcourt is still on lock with Mobley and Allen.
@CavsMuse26@JWeinbachNBA They need a 3 team sign and trade. Send Schröder to Charlotte, Atlanta gives the Cavs Kuminga, and Atlanta can have O’Neale and Bryant or some picks or something.
@realcavsfans I mean I agree. I see JK’s defense on the wing being more important. You’ll get offense out of Harden, Spida, Mobley, and Allen. They need defense on that perimeter bad. If JK can up his 3PT pct, he’s your young 3&D wing. But I agree 100% with your take. Spacing is an issue rn.
@cameroonelliott Schröder is the key. Gotta find a way to dump that contract for his limited production. Call Charlotte and pair it with a few picks or cash.
And possibly snag another backup stretch big for when Mobley or Allen are resting. Sign and trade Schröder for Kuminga and let Kenny’s strong developmental record build up Kuminga. Since Kerr didn’t want to. That’s a strong young core right there. And a few needed consistent vets
@NickCaminoWKYC 1) The Cavs still have an opportunity to get Derozan or Kuminga (to bolster that young core). No need to blow up the team for a 42 year old.
2) The Guards are in a slump rn which means their hot streak will be right before September.
3) You should be used to the Browns by now.
LeBron isn’t coming back…
The Guardians have dropped 5 in a row and are barely hanging onto a Wildcard spot…
And the Browns kick-off Training Camp on Wednesday with the second-worst odds to win the AFC.
Other than all that, everything is great!!
@FearedBuck Kuz has a point. But he still blatantly sending a message soaked in ignorance. Dems make vids to appease the base but don’t actually take enough action to fix the problem we’re in. But it’s still major props to Zohran for getting the ball rolling. Saying what no one else dared to
@cavsdan you should read this thread. Give Koby ideas. He’s pretty much already on the same track but solidify his push for Demar and Kuminga while only giving up Schröder and possibly Bryant.
If the Cavs were smart, they’d let Harden walk after that last playoff performance. It’s a strong representation of his entire career. He’s not going to magically change it this upcoming season. They should give that money to Demar and Kuminga and call it an offseason.
Merrill-Strus-Hezonja-Tyson-Bryant-Porter Jr-Possible Stretch big is a phenomenal offensive bench. And you can flex Kuminga and Allen/Mobley to give the bench defense as well.
The Cavs weren’t trading for Jaylen Brown ever
Darius Garland has nothing to do with the price of rice in China
The Cavs roster was in ECF last season
LeBron had zero intention of returning to Cleveland
He hates Cleveland and their fans. STFU already
