@jesperbkk definitely an element of bad behaviour but also of sowing the seeds: cheap drink, enticement into bars, denial of the existence of certain professions and corrupt police/“lawyers”. Expats get wise to this- visitors don’t necessarily do the same and Thais can’t accept any blame.

@currys really need to sort out their customer service. The webchat feature where you supposedly get a human agent who answers like ai. 2 phone calls and 2 web chats and I still get the same email “301.98 refund - 4.73 to credit card and 172.32 as gift card” doesn’t add up
