The first of many #onted faculties to blacklist @DPCDSBSchools, @mylakehead has informed it's teacher candidates for 2025-26 that placing them at Dufferin Peel Catholic Schools is a contravention of the university's Human Rights policy as the Board supports messages of exclusion

A reporter asked Donald Trump what Justin Trudeau could offer him to avoid tariffs, and Trump once again said he wants Canada to be an American state - something the overwhelming majority of Canadians oppose.

Wake up, folks.

You can't blame this on Justin Trudeau.

You can't blame the Canadian Government for this.

This is 100% on Donald Trump.

He is hostile to the idea of Canada as an independent nation.

Our officials need to stop falling all over themselves to offer new concessions.

His demands change by the minute.

Canada must promise to retaliate to tariffs and reach out to Governors and Congress representatives, Senators, and the U.S. business community. We have many allies in the U.S. who respect our status as a sovereign country.

We should also reach out to the European Union and other democracies to deepen economic and military ties.

And most importantly, we must maintain and strengthen our Canadian unity. We shouldn't be attacking or blaming each other, as that only feeds into Donald Trump's attempt to weaken and divide our nation.

Research shows that students are ruder and more violent since the pandemic. However, nobody acknowledges that the Sept. 2020 ON gov. decision to ban k-3 suspensions, as well as reduce suspensions in all other grades, has led to this situation. Actions have consequences. #onted
