I'm currently working on a Roblox combat game inspired by Lookism. The game is focused on street fighting, brutal hits, heavy impact and clean weight on every move. I'm looking for a skilled Blender animator to join the project on a paid basis, with a possible long-term collab if the quality matches what I have in mind.
The animations are for the R6 rig. That includes M1 combos, skills, finishers and various combat moves in general. The style I'm going for is really Lookism: street brutal, heavy punches and kicks, solid impact frames, good timing and weight on every hit. No overly flashy or mystical effects, I want it to feel grounded and impactful. Smooth flow between hits is really important to me.
VFX experience is a big plus, especially for impact frames and hit effects, but it's not required. What matters most is that the animations are Roblox-ready, properly exportable and usable in-engine without problems.
If you're interested, send me your portfolio along with video clips of combos or fight scenes you've animated before, with or without VFX. Any previous Roblox combat work is welcome too. Include your rate per combo or per animation, and an estimated timeline for delivery.
Payment is done through PayPal Goods and Services for both sides' protection. Serious project, serious budget for serious work.

I'm currently developing an ambitious Roblox MMO RPG inspired by Lookism, with a deep combat system, rank progression (F to S+), multiple fighting styles, family skills, finishers and proper PvE / PvP content. The project is already in development and I'm looking to bring in more talented people to push it further.
Roles I'm recruiting for right now:

Combat Animator (Blender) — Someone who knows how to make fights feel heavy. Weight, timing, impact, anticipation, recovery frames. Not just keyframes, real combat feel. Experience with Roblox rigs is a big plus.

VFX Artist — Stylized hit effects, skill VFX, auras, impact frames, environmental effects. Something that hits hard visually while staying optimized for Roblox.

SFX Designer — Combat sounds, hit impacts, skill activations, ambient sounds, UI sounds. Someone who understands how audio sells a hit just as much as the animation does.

GUI / HUD Designer — Clean, modern, readable interfaces. Combat HUD, menus, inventory, skill bars, quest log. Has to look good and stay functional during fast paced combat.

MMO RPG Combat Developer (Scripter) — Experienced with combat systems, hitboxes, frame data, stats, skill trees, networking and replication. If you've shipped or worked on serious combat games on Roblox, I want to talk to you.

All positions are paid. Rates depend on experience and scope of work. Payments through PayPal (Goods & Services), milestone-based so everyone is protected. Communication on Discord. Looking for people who actually stay active and committed, not ghost after one week.

Hey, I'm working on a Roblox game inspired by Lookism (MMO RPG with a deep combat system) and I'm looking to expand the team. The project is already in development, combat system is being worked on right now, and I need a few more people to push things forward.
Roles I'm currently looking for:

Blender Animator — for combat anims, skills, finishers. I really care about the feel (weight, impact, timing) so I'm looking for someone who knows what they're doing, not just keyframes thrown together.

VFX Artist — hit effects, skill VFX, impact frames. Stylized stuff, something that hits hard visually. Bonus if you've already worked on Roblox before since the engine has its limits.

Illustrator — concept art, thumbnails, promo art. Anime / manhwa style is what I'm going for.

GUI / HUD Designer — clean and modern UI, combat HUD, menus, inventory. Needs to be readable during fights, not overloaded.
