@virginmedia I thought that was the case! I've had a few of the scam voicemails about being disconnected but my experience with you is that I knew you wouldny communicate that way. The call centre is a new one, and I thought it was a scam but I second guessed myself! Thanks for replying 👍

Tried to play along with the 'virgin media' call centre about my Internet being disconnect but got bored! Next time I shall and beat today tolerance time. @virginmedia I do hope it wasn't actually you guys as if so they need to work on customer service skills!

@virginmedia I didn't call you, I was called. Is your call centre offshore? But while I have you we have sporadic disconnections but put it down to 3 people running teams at the same time in the house. We don't use wired as the ceection is behind large furniture.

@girlguiding Getting really annoyed by the number of emails and now actual post asking me to do training that I have already done. I have emailed and called HQ about it and my DC but no response from anyone. At this point you can withdraw my membership as I'm so frustrated :(
