However, they just shift the winners from being the richest clubs to being the biggest clubs. There are better rules that could be implemented to promote mobility as well as limiting spending

@stoolpresidente If Americans want to start caring about soccer they’re need to realize it’s different from other sports. Our best athletes would not be our best soccer players. It takes more variety of skills than basketball and football. Speed and vertical are nice but not the most important
