@HIExpress super nice hotel, apart from the plastic sheets on the bed. We go anywhere in Asia and find cotton; anywhere in Europe… cotton. HIExpress… polyester. After one sleepless night we bought cotton sheets. Please get rid of the plastic. Thank you.
We flew @Delta yesterday; first time since 2009 (PHX SLC DEN). Really pleasant experience! App & website work, a checkin guy(!), helpful gate agents, nice cabin, seats in the back have scoot-recline & power. Captain de-greets on exit—very nice touch! PS, I'm a UAL million miler.

Dear @Delta, I enjoyed the email from Ed; however, I found the phrase "leveraging new technology" particularly alarming. Please confirm this does NOT mean more robot answering machines. All they do is make people hate you. Is call deflection really worth it?
Hey @whirlpoolusa my WUR50X24HZ00 suddenly started freezing things. With fridge empty, control set to 43ºF, interior temp is 34º. Send me a new thermistor? New control board? Did not expect $900 unit to misbehave like this after only a couple years.
@LennoxAir your server is reprogramming my thermostat. Even after deregister/reregister it changes all my settings AND switches from Summer program to Winter. This is absolutely unacceptable. Fix your product or get it out of my house.
