@Timcast@megynkelly The wording makes me laugh, Megan Kelly 'SLAMS' who gives a flying fuck what she thinks and she has no authority to stand up and slam someone like everyone's going to say "oh shit, the boss has decreed it, therefore don't listen to him"
@Timcast Hahahahahah fucking joke. Vivek straight up, no hesitation. The others have to wait for the crowd to react. Just a bunch of sludge in the bottom of a barrell
@KiwiJuanito @Timcast Says the person that's never created anything. All you do is repost and talk shit about people. If you focused that energy on something good you might actually get something done yourself. Prat.

Have you ever heard of a headache so agonizing that it's been nicknamed the "suicide headache"?
It's a frequent reality for those who suffer from cluster headaches.
Dr. Emmanuelle Schindler, a physician and scientist from @Yale, and I discussed the potential of psilocybin and the cutting-edge research into a potential solution for cluster headaches that might seem too surreal to believe.

@Ue_98@md1talk Without oxygen or the nasel spray I'll get 5 attacks a day and last 3 hours per attack, 15 hours a day of getting stabbed in the head, not many people could cope with that, I know I can't
@Ue_98@md1talk Oxygen helps the pain, it does not fully stop the attack for me. I also take sumatriptan and hold frozen peas to the left side of my head, if I don't have oxygen my attack will last a good 40 minutes while the nasel spray kicks in. Oxygen makes it ALOT easier to cope with.
@Drug_Oracle No. Not the same in the slightest...with clusters I can pace about, have noise around me, bright lights, talk to someone, but I'll be screaming and crying in agony, I feel like I'm getting stabbed in the head repeatedly for 3 hours, 5 times a day for a month. So you are way off.
@Being_Humanoid @peachy_maki Yep. Lost my job last month because I can't take my oxygen tank to work with me. Understandable, it was a building site, but haven't worked for a month and now 0 in the bank. F u clusters.
@Blaire0w0Bear I'm having the same. Started on the 24th last month. Lack of sleep really adds fuel to the fire. Scared to sleep because you know you will wake up in agony.
@yomommaondeck I've got mine at the moment. I've never experienced pain like it. And you cannot explain to someone that does not suffer from them. They hear the word headache and you always get back "I don't really get headaches" or "I get migraines" not knocking them but hard to understand.
@Maggo86829669 @nojumper Same bro. Had mine for 10 years, on my cycle now, sumatriptan, oxygen and frozen peas! 5 attacks a day for over a month. Lost my job because I've been off and can't even get sick pay because I don't get them all year round. Wake up in fucking agony and try to sleep when I can
@Cluster_buster I'm looking at starting this path, fed up of taking sumatriptan, actually want something to stop my cycle, not just help with the pain.
@CherylBarr93801 @elonmusk I've been told this many times, I've actually got some coming shortly, I'm probably coming to the end of my cycle of attacks but I'm still going to try it out. We're you chronic or episodic? And what did you notice with them? Can dm if you want to keep private.
Maybe @elonmusk can look into a cure for cluster headaches!! I know he's a pretty busy guy, but there has to be a cure! Been off work for a month and lost my job, wake up in pain and go to sleep in pain! I'm a lucky one, once per year for a month, some poor fuckers get everyday!
