7/ Where the prizes come from.

The treasury wallet is public. Trading fees on $LOOT flow into it and buy the basket. Token teams can sponsor drops of their own coin across a city for a weekend.

Everything that's in the wallet is what goes out. You can check it any time.

5/ Every drop is provably fair.

Each hour we publish the SHA-256 fingerprint of a secret seed before it starts. Every result that hour is HMAC(seed, drop + your wallet + your phone's nonce). After the hour, the seed is revealed.

3/ What's inside?

Both the coin and the amount are random. Coins come straight from the treasury basket. Tiers:

Common $1–3
Rare $3–10
Epic $10–40
Grail $40+

And prize sizes scale with the treasury. When the pot grows, the pulls grow.

2/ Heat is the twist.

Every metre you walk between drops raises your odds, up to 2.5x. Opening a drop resets it.

Driving, teleporting and GPS spoofing don't count. Only real walking builds heat. Walk-to-earn, literally.

1/ It's a hunt, not a map of pins.

From far away you only see glowing hex zones and how many drops are inside. Exact spots appear once you're within 250 m. The last stretch is a radar: hot, warm, cold, and an arrow.

Get inside 40 m and the button turns into "Lock on".
