This is where America Cazares @PuebloGirlsBB and Tyson Dobbins of Desert Christian stand for career basketball scoring from Southern Arizona heading into their senior years. Both will move into the top five very quickly. Taking over the top spots might take a few playoff games after a huge regular season.

We don't see enough of this in sports, and life, really. Imagine a world of respect, love and reciprocity as Ms. Fifita mentions here. We can always dream of it and live our lives toward it.

@JavierJMorales Appreciative!

SATURDAY HS FOOTBALL 🏈@PuebloFootball coach Sly Lewis informed me that the Warriors’ home opener with Nogales has been rescheduled from Fri., Aug. 30 to a day later, Sat., Aug. 31, because not enough referees can work all the games on that Friday. Kickoff between the Warriors and Apaches at Pueblo is at 10 a.m.

John Elway carrying the Lombardi Trophy to the Chiefs is so painful.

[Vic Lombardi @VicLombardi]

John Elway — forever the face of the @broncos —having to hand the Lombardi trophy to the Chiefs is something out of a medieval torture chamber.
Why you do me like that NFL?

Athlete or not we’ve all heard the saying, you’re either getting better or you’re getting worst. There is no staying the same. Complacency should scare you! #mevsme

I've always believed that pride can always set up a person for a rude awakening (a fall). A life of humility and self-examination will always lift a person higher than a person full of pride.

[Eli A Lopez @LopezEA520]

@Coach_J_Allen You did great work here and impacted those that were fortunate to be under your leadership is a huge way. You made a a forever friend and fan here with me. I always got you sir, if you need anything.

[Eli A Lopez @LopezEA520]

I've been around Pueblo for 7-8 years and super closely the last 4 years. And I truly have to say, that @PuebloWarriors @PuebloAthletics @PuebloFootball lost a GREAT, yes, I mean Great Man, Coach, Mentor, Leader and Encourager.

[Jake Allen @Coach_J_Allen]

As of this morning I have resigned as the head football coach at pueblo high school. There’s too many to thank for all the support over the last 4 years.
