@sourrr_cherry @odedanilo It’s that way here in the Midwest US as well. Bringing casseroles to the family in the weeks after the death is pretty common as well.

@ronsterd89 Of course it’s rude. Most weddings, particularly the reception, are carefully planned and budgeted. Each guest’s seat/food have been paid for in advance by the hosting family. They did not pay the venue or caterer for your child to be there.

@matildae22 It’s wild to me that outdoor domestic cats are actually encouraged. Aside from it being potentially quite dangerous for the cat, domestic cats absolutely decimate native bird populations etc.
