I don't know who needs to see this but it's not a moral failing if you rely on unhealthy coping mechanisms to get through life... especially if society has failed to support you and give you access to healthier coping strategies. It's not your fault. You deserved better. ❤️

@extracandy_ The last place I lived the neighbors' cat would come sit on my doorstep and meow, so my cat would sit just inside the door and meow back. They had whole conversations singing to each other like that. 😆
