El nuevo Decreto para regular Uber, lejos de beneficiar al usuario, es un traje hecho a medida para robustecer al obsoleto modelo de prestatarias.

Esta es una medida inconstitucional que se aleja del bien común para seguir favoreciendo a los monopolios del transporte que tanto daño le han hecho al país.
