I'm now left WITHOUT essential medical supplies. Having denied my pre-paid baggage and refusing to correct the error when they realised I did in fact have an extra bag, I'm now left scrambling for alternatives. This isn't just poor service - it's dangerous negligence. @KLM

@KLM team @LondonCityAir seem to specialise in ruining passengers’ journeys. Rude, unhelpful & incompetent - insisted I only had 2 bags (paid for 3), ignored me, then blamed me for their mistake. Even w/ urgent medical supplies in the bag, no apology/solution. Shocking service!

The @KLM ‘duty manager’ who REFUSED to give her name - or her colleague’s name was rude, dismissive, and more interested in covering for her mate than helping a passenger w/ medical needs. With an attitude like that, she shouldn’t be managing a car park, let alone an airline desk
