@delta today has been the worst travel experience of my life thanks to you. First, a 6 hour delay from Amsterdam to Detroit causing us to miss our connection to Baltimore. Then, after an additional 4 hour layover in Detroit, our flight to Baltimore was delayed multiple times wasting another 7 hours of my life only to have the flight be “delayed” at boarding time (11pm) another 8 hours until the next morning (7:45am). So instead of getting us a hotel at a reasonable time, we were forced to stay in the airport all day for no reason. An entire day of my life that I will never get back was wasted thanks to you. How are you going to compensate us? This was my first trip flying with Delta direct and after this experience I don’t know if I can put my trust into Delta again
