We demand proper compensation for this appalling treatment.

@UniversalORL We’ve been stuck in line for Hagrid’s ride at Universal Orlando – Islands of Adventure for over 80 minutes with the attraction completely stopped. The queue hasn’t moved, we’re not even halfway through, and there has been ZERO communication from staff.

@UniversalORL We visited Universal Orlando – Islands of Adventure and the staff experience was shocking.
A faulty locker caused a nail to split completely in half. Staff showed zero concern and didn’t even tell us where the first aid station was — we had to keep asking….

and it was hidden away with terrible signage.

At first aid, all they gave us were two band-aids — no antiseptic, no proper check-up, nothing. They just handed them over and we had to apply them ourselves.
