1/ Thread: I need urgent help with my eBay situation.

I’ve been an honest eBay seller for 4-5 months with over 25+ positive feedback from happy buyers. I’ve fulfilled every order and followed all their rules. Yet, eBay has permanently suspended my account, holding over £2,500 in payouts without a clear explanation.

2/ Here’s what happened:
•My payouts were originally scheduled for release 3 days after delivery.
•Suddenly, my account was restricted, and the payouts were put on hold.
•eBay asked me for documents—I submitted everything: ID, passport, proof of address, bank statement, tracking numbers, and proof of purchase for the items.

3/ After submitting all documents:
•I was told my account was permanently suspended because my “business may not be right for eBay.”
•No clear reason was provided, just vague statements.
•My payout of over £2,500 is now on hold for 170 days, even though:
•All items were delivered successfully.
•All buyers left positive feedback.
•Not a single buyer opened a dispute.

4/ This is my only livelihood.
I’ve done everything in good faith, ensuring smooth transactions and happy customers. Now I’m left without my earnings and no explanation. This money is critical for me, and I’m being punished unfairly despite following every rule.

5/ The misinformation from eBay has made things worse:
•I was told my payout would be available 7 days after the restriction.
•Then I was told up to 170 days.
•Now, they’re saying it will be after 170 days.
•This is unacceptable and feels like endless excuses while they hold my hard-earned money.

6/ I need help from someone at @eBay who can fix this.
I’m asking for:
https://t.co/0dmZDuQSTL account to be reinstated.
https://t.co/A4FZLdG4Zs £2,500 payout to be released (I’ve earned it fairly).
3.A clear explanation of why my account was suspended.

7/ If you’ve faced something similar or know someone at eBay who can help, please retweet this and tag them.
I’m even considering legal action, but I would much rather resolve this directly.

8/ eBay, please don’t ignore this.
I’ve worked hard to build my small business, and this decision is causing me unnecessary financial hardship. Please escalate my case and do the right thing.
