@gnatrae@united Absolute worse customer service!!! Been on the phone for 3 hours! The representatives are not even trying to help! They have an attitude each time I call them!!!!
@united worst airline customer service. Every time I call, the representatives have an attitude and they don’t even try to solve the problem!!!! Choose any other carrier instead!!!!
@united 2.5 hours on the phone with united for a simple future travel credit issue.
Forced to wait 7–10 business days for “refund review,” and they won’t even extend the credit by 3 months.
