Hear this, for there's hope for a tree even if it be cut down but at the scent of water, it will bud and put up branches like a young plant~ JOB 14:7-9.
This really got me this evening. You see ehn, no one is saying challenges will not come. Wooo, it will come, you'll cry.

7 DAYS TO A BAR THAT LISTENS.
A stronger Nigerian Bar Association begins with listening to its members. I envision an NBA where every lawyer has a voice, every branch is heard, and every member has a meaningful opportunity to shape the future of our profession.
True leadership starts by listening. It is the foundation of responsive, inclusive, and accountable governance, and the key to building an Association that truly works for everyone.
On 18 July, vote Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, SAN, FCIArb (UK), for President of the Nigerian Bar Association. Together, let us build A BOLDER BAR THAT WORKS FOR EVERYONE.
8 DAYS TO BOLD LEADERSHIP.
I will not promise what I cannot deliver. I will work overtime to deliver what I promise.
The future of our Bar deserves leadership rooted in honesty, competence, and accountability not empty promises. Every commitment I have made is backed by a clear plan and a determination to deliver meaningful results for every lawyer.
On 18 July, vote Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, SAN, FCIArb (UK), for President of the Nigerian Bar Association. Together, let us build A BOLDER BAR THAT WORKS FOR EVERYONE.

9 DAYS TO RESTORING MEMBERS’ CONFIDENCE.
Confidence in the Bar is restored when members know that their Association listens, responds, and stands firmly with them. The Nigerian Bar Association must once again become an institution lawyers trust, believe in, and are proud to call their own.
That is the Bar that I seek to build.
A BOLDER BAR THAT WORKS FOR EVERYONE.
On 18 July, let us choose the future we deserve. Vote Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, SAN, FCIArb (UK), for President of the Nigerian Bar Association.

In many ways, this campaign has never really been about me.
It has been about every lawyer who has ever been told, "Your turn will never come."
Every young lawyer who wondered whether anyone saw them.
Every woman who dared to aspire.
Every colleague from a smaller branch who believed leadership is reserved for those from the bigger branches.
Every lawyer who refused to allow someone else to define the limits of their ambition.
To all of them, I hope this campaign has already said one thing: "Dreams that seem impossible are still worth pursuing."
But I did not come this far simply to inspire. I came to serve.
It would be the greatest honour of my professional life to go to bed on Saturday, the 18th of July, and wake up on Sunday, the 19th, as your 33rd President of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Not for the history it would make, but for the future we can build together. A future where lawyers earn better, live better, and practise better.
So today, I ask you not only for your vote but for your belief. Belief in someone who will not promise what she cannot deliver, but will work overtime to deliver what she promises. Belief in someone who says what she means and means what she says.
Someone who will not tell you what you want to hear because I want your votes. I will be myself because what you see is what you get: someone who is passionate about the Bar and passionate about you.
Let us prove that service still matters.
That courage still matters.
I am ready to serve.
I have the vision.
I have the boldness.
I have the competence and capacity.
And I have the commitment to deliver.
I respectfully ask for your confidence, your support, and your vote.
Thank you, and may God bless the Nigerian Bar Association.
Let us make history, not for my sake, but for the sake of every lawyer who believes that our Bar can be bolder, fairer, and stronger.
Together, let us move from surviving to thriving.
May God bless you all, and may God bless the Nigerian Bar Association.

11 DAYS TO A TECH-READY NBA.

From technology-driven legal practice to digital career support and continuous professional development, we must prepare today’s lawyers for tomorrow’s realities.
I will build on the progress we have made by expanding access to technology, strengthening digital capacity, and equipping lawyers with the tools they need to succeed in an increasingly technology-driven profession.
Together, we can build an NBA that does not merely adapt to change but leads it.
On Saturday, 18 July 2026, I humbly ask for your vote as President of the Nigerian Bar Association.

12 DAYS TO A MORE INCLUSIVE BAR.
I believe the Nigerian Bar Association is strongest when every lawyer matters, every voice is heard, and every Branch is valued. My vision is simple: an NBA that listens, responds, and creates opportunities for every member, regardless of age, gender, location, or area of practice.
Inclusion is about building systems that ensure no lawyer is left behind and every member has the opportunity to contribute, grow, and thrive. Together, we can build an Association that reflects the very values we defend every day, fairness, equity, respect, and justice.
On Saturday, 18 July 2026, Vote Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, SAN, FCIArb (UK), for President of the Nigerian Bar Association.
