Could you please look into this?

My friend and i have been trying to join each others world for about a month now a couple of times. But everytime we try to join it says "Can't connect to world." We both have PS plus and a microsoft account.

@MojangSupport We've already posted a ticket but still haven't gotten a response. So have alot of people. Some even waiting a couple of months with the same issue...

@MojangSupport This seems to be an issue happening to alot of people for a long time. Looking at forums etc none of the people asking for help have gotten help.

This bugs me out quite alot since we both bought it to play together :/
