Hosting a UAP salon at my home. Here with Avi Loeb, Garry Nolan, Whitley Striber, Peter Skafish and Ryan Graves. Discussing the Science and tech and disclosure.
AI’s cheapest real estate might eventually have no real estate at all.
On Earth, compute keeps needing more land, more power, more cooling, and bigger buildings.
SpaceX's orbital compute has a very different cost curve.
Make Starship fully reusable, fly it often, mass-produce the satellites, and suddenly getting compute into orbit gets cheaper as the system scales.
Building the next giant AI data centre in space seems obvious. It might get cheaper.

We usually imagine the death of a solar system as a crash.
A new simulation study suggests it may be more like a goodbye.
If the Sun loses its outer layers in uneven bursts, each burst nudges the Sun, and the giant planets' orbits drift a little off course. Then a little more.
Eventually, orbits can cross and planets can be scattered or thrown out. In the paper's simulations, ejections happen more often than collisions.
That's a model with assumptions, not a forecast.
But it's a strange thought: the planets may not be destroyed. They may simply drift away, no longer bound to any sun.
The future light cone of discoveries rounds up to 100% engineering, as the set of physics rules that govern our reality is very tiny compared to what can be done with those rules.
The reason I didn’t choose a career in physics, my favorite subject, is that I would be stuck waiting for a new collider or telescope. Better to advance technologies that ultimately enable discovery of new physics.
As we all know, free speech is everyone's constitutional right, but it also causes a lot of harm. But that does not have to be a problem. Here is how to solve all issues with free speech! Why not deal with the 1st amendment in the same way as we deal with the 2nd in California?
So, absolutely, you have the right to free speech, as long as you:
- Are at least 18 yo, not a felon and there are no previous speech complaints about you, especially from spouses and neighbours
- Bring 3 good character witness reports, at least one from your closest relatives
- Get through the background check
- Fill in an application, which is different in every county, takes a few months to process, and costs about 1000 USD
- Take an 18 hour course on speech safety (renewable every two years with a 6h class)
Now you can exercise your constitutional right to free speech, with a few reasonable restrictions:
- The speech cannot be anonymous and must always be traceable to you
- No speech in public buildings (schools, libraries, government buildings, hospitals, universities), parks and adjacent parking or business establishments where the owner does not want you to speak
- No speech can be longer than 10 words at a time
- For things that you want to say in public, you cannot use amplification or repetition devices
- For things you want to say in private, the state has an acceptable list of things you can say; the list has not been updated in years but when new things to say are invented, they can be put on the list in the future if deemed safe
- No speech may cross state boundaries; every state has different rules
- You can now go to a licensed speech dealer, apply for the speech you want to make, do the paperwork and wait for a cool-down period of ten days
Someone might have the idea that some things in this list are too restrictive and perhaps not fully aligned with the constitution. That is of course not a problem: you can sue your state and within a few years, the suit may reach the supreme court. If the courts decide to strike down some of these rules, we just make new ones.
UAP whistleblower protections are critical. Especially if we want more people to risk it all and come forward to Congress, the Executive, and the People.
Disclosure is highly contested. It is a miracle UAP whistleblowers from the national security enterprise have made it this far.
Many thanks to our invisible allies fighting to keep the darkness at bay.
