@ErikVoorhees@recipromancer Just not the way current production systems are set up. My main objection to fur is why kill animals solely for that purpose, when there exist many equally warm/sheltering alternatives.
@ErikVoorhees@recipromancer Agree that the living conditions of animals is key, both in meat and fur production. But also, we should maximize use of entire animal — for ex. Cow’s Hide for leather, meat for consumption, bones for pharmaceuticals etc — rather than slaughter multiple animals for single use.
Don’t lose sight of the fact that Musk is happily restoring hate speech accounts while suspending indie journalists and researchers who do critical work exposing those people
