Wrestling enthusiast, film fanatic and whisky tippler. I hope to be a paid writer. Part-time Noughts & Crosses player, full-time Freddo Hunter. Unorthodox, yep!
I feel so disconnected from this world as millennial born in the early nineties, but even because of simple things like enjoying physical media to just wanting to pay with cash. I’m not a fan of this digital age, yet I know it has convenience. Nothing owned, just in the matrix.
My girlfriend and I have created a YouTube channel called L&L Lifestyles and our first video goes live today at one o’clock.
Don’t judge us too harshly for our first video.
It’s a hot sauce challenge: https://t.co/hchJaGVCKf
The New Year and second half of the decade is here along with some of the same faces and troubles, but with new goals and experiences that await. It’s going to be something of a year... Hopefully different, maybe better. Here's to old friends and new acquaintances.
One of my goals is to read some classic books and so far my list is:
Frankenstein - Mary Shelley
The Art of War - Sun Tzu
Paradise Lost - John Milton
Silence of The Lambs - Thomas Harris
The Life of Charlotte Brontë - Elizabeth Gaskell
Female author recommendations, please.

People who knew me at one time doesn’t mean they know me now. Life conspires to change us and how could we not change through it all? Unplanned and unprepared, experiences of life sneak up on us.

Finally got back to miniature golf and bowling this month with Laura and friends. It’s good to venture out now and again when you can do most things from home now.
I have obtained some drinks inspired by British pop culture. I’ve tried Holy Grail before and it’s good, but I am a fan of Black Sheep already. I am interested in trying A Study In Scarlet, which hopefully will be decent.
It’s mad to me that a whole generation is marketed to by YouTubers who are average people that they consider a ‘celebrity’. It’s certainly one way to reach the demographic.
A friend of mine once said “If you don’t have a sense of humour then you don’t deserve to live”, so I wonder how much of the population we would lose today?
For years I’ve wanted to watch The Big Sleep adaptation with Bogart, as it’s considered one of the great private investigator films. Wandered into the British Red Cross today and found the book, which I’ve never read and I am now excited to.
