The only way I'll ever buy another playstation console is if I can go to my game shelf and grab a PS2 game and play it on the new system. The lack of backward compatibility or the ability to download a free version of past gen games that you've already bought is a scam.

Billion dollar companies simply shouldn't be eligible for government subsidies. Those should only go to smaller businesses to prevent monopolies and keep progress from stagnating. There should never be a cap on what you can earn independent of government aid though.
