I am still looking for a volunteer to collaborate on BANG! which is my integrated and non-dev friendly way to build websites on your computer. Mobile phones don't have the RAM/etc needed.
If you're on WordPress/similar and want to own your own site/infrastructure, hit me up.
Are you weary of negative headlines and in the mood for something uplifting? Take a look at this video (there’s longer versions on YouTube if you want to watch them too) then consider reading his book, “I’m No Hero.”

The sweetest thing you can do is be kind to the people you meet. You never know what someone is going through—your kindness might mean more than you’ll ever realize. ❤️✨
I honestly had no idea how many people knew what was happening to me.
I told a couple of close friends that I was in the ER because I had to miss a podcast. They put out a prayer request, and suddenly it spread.
Prayers from people I know and people I’ve never met.
I can’t possibly answer all of you individually right now, so please know how much it meant to me. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆.
But after what I just experienced, I also understand on a much more personal level why fixing our medical system matters.
I went to 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 trying to get answers and relief from absolutely brutal pain.
I struggled to get straight answers. It took hours to get the pain under control. At one point I was essentially being asked to admit myself for surgery before I had even had the opportunity to sit down with the doctor and understand whether removing an organ was absolutely necessary.
𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜’𝗺 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽. 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
But I wasn’t being given that opportunity. Instead, I was repeatedly warned that if I left, I would be leaving against the doctor’s recommendation and that it could impact my insurance.
By that point, it felt less like informed consent and more like I was being held there against my will.
And I want to be clear: most of the individual nurses, technicians and providers I encountered were trying to do their jobs. This isn’t about attacking them.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻.
Disorganized. Fragmented. Poor communication between people and departments. Patients in severe pain trying to navigate a bureaucracy at the exact moment they’re least capable of navigating one.
What really struck me is that my mother was recently in the ER, and my father described almost exactly the same kind of chaos surrounding her care.
So when people talk about 𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, this isn’t theoretical to me anymore.
There are good people working inside a system that desperately needs to work better.
I know some people were worried or upset with me for leaving without getting the surgery. I weighed that decision carefully.
All I can tell you is that I was getting serious Children of the Corn vibes in the late hours of the third hospital, and every part of my body was telling me: 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.
I’ve had similar, but much less severe, episodes for 25 years. I made the calculated decision to go home and trust that the excruciating pain would not return.
Thankfully, it hasn’t.
Now I want time to recover, talk to the right doctors, understand my options and determine the best path forward.
I’m still in a lot of pain, so if I’m not responding to you personally, please know that 𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗜 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀.
Thank you. 🇺🇸🙏

Many anecdotal reports exist of long-term daily use (months to over a year) with no serious toxicity, but individual responses vary.
Always work with a knowledgeable clinician, especially if you have pre-existing conditions (e.g., vision issues or glaucoma). This is for educational purposes only.

Best video I have ever made, by far.
Still some AI weirdness in it that I just decided to accept after trying to fix it, but the quality and message is amazing.
Song is Bach's "Ave Maria" played on a music box.
I have worked for 2 years to build out the rudimentary https://t.co/OHvwjhQh7e.
It is PoW for the AI era, in terms of human content.

What Does a REAL ID Require?
Applicants generally must provide:
Proof of identity and date of birth
Proof of Social Security number or eligibility
Proof of lawful status in the United States
Two documents showing state residency
Name-change documents, when applicable
Exact documents vary by state. A passport or birth certificate may establish citizenship, but eligible noncitizens can use approved immigration documents instead.
That is why the finished REAL ID cannot automatically be treated as proof of citizenship.
Election integrity isn’t just one issue among many.
It is THE ISSUE every other issue depends on.
Citizens give—and withdraw—their consent through elections. If the election cannot be trusted, the consent of the governed cannot be known.
Election integrity is the foundation of legitimate self-government.
Get engaged in your state.
Protect the purity of the ballot box.
