I love it when readers complain about my books keeping them up all night. This review came with a warning. Not sorry some one lost sleep 😀. #25books #sweetromance

As a graphic designer, I make covers before my books are done. I liked this one but it didn't work for the book. #25books #sweetromance

My favorite silly holiday! If you want to really celebrate, it is also National Pizza day and Bagel & Lox day.

Originally, I was going to wait longer to publish Rescuing the Sheriff's Heart so I would have more in the series finished. However, life tossed me a curve ball, and I wanted to celebrate something fun. The sheriff won. #sweetromance #25books

Need an excuse to binge watch the BBC? Write a book. The excuse worked for me. Although it is very hard to write a British accent into a book without being distracting. So it was all for naught. #sweetromance #25books

Maria Hoagland and I collaborated on six books, each of us writing three in a shared world Maria created in another series. I wrote 2, 3, and 5, which is why books 1, 4, and 6 are not in the countdown. #sweetromance #25books

I delayed the publication of this book hoping that cruise ships could sail again.. Then I realized we shouldn't wait for 2020 end to move on. #sweetromance #25books

Which comes first, the title or the story? In this case it was the title. It took a while to find just the right princess io to fit to the title. Were you surprized? #sweetromance #25books

Moms of multiples get funny requests. At age twelve, my twins thought twins should be every book. I compromised and told them I would in every series. So far I have kept my word. Twins may not appear in book one, but they are there. Have you found them all? #sweetromance #25books

Imagination is a funny thing. This was always going to be Alan's story. However, when I planned the book, I didn't know that Alan and Alex had siblings. I am a very good plotter. #aweetromance #25books

One of the funest part of writing this book is my daughter was touring China while I was on a retreat writing the first draft. Without planning it my characters visited the Great Wall the same day she did. #sweetromance #twentyfivebooks

I love the research phase of books. I went virtual apartment hunting for this book and found an amazing space. As an author, I can use imaginary money to buy awesome homes for imaginary people. So satisfying.

Writing so many books back to back may have contributed to a pinched nerve that left me unable to use a mouse for weeks. Fortunately, I had a designer friend who came up with a great cover idea. Biceps sell. #25books #sweetromance

I was in my early twenties when someone's cancer diagnosis touched my life for the first time. It was not the last and I'm sure it isn't for you. I wanted to celebrate the surviors and remember those we lost in a romance setting.

I tried to release a book every thirty days. During the editing process of this book I was so confused as I was publishing Images and writing Hearts. I ended up having to edit the book twice.

At in person book sales events, this used to be my number one seller. I think it is his eyes. I do not know who the model is, but thank you.

I only spent a few days in Haiti. It was the most impactful trip of my life. I knew the first day I had to put some of it into a book to share and raise awareness. Sadly the conditions in the country have deteriorated beyond my imagination.

I visited the building that housed the first Bradford Academy in Haverhill. The antique store that was housed there was going out of business and I purchased a silver sugar bowl for $5. #25books #sweetromance #keeponwriting
