1/ 🧵 The @TexasGOP grassroots just voted in Houston on the priority slate for the 90th Legislature. Here are the top 8 as ranked — the official priorities certify within a week. #txlege
We worked hard for Secure our Election to remain a top priority! Thank you @TexasGOP
📣BREAKING TEXAS
🚨BREAKING: Budget rider sabotages Republican primaries #txlege
It appears the Texas Office of ES&S and Hart (formerly known as @TXsecofstate) got Rider 8 into SB1 (89th Lege) capping primary reimbursement to "costs of a joint primary."
Translation: CECs have NO MONEY to fund a separate primary.
No separate primary = no party control.
2/ RIDER 8 (SB1 89th Lege):
"Funds appropriated above in Strategy B.1.2, Primary Funding/Voter Registration Postage, MAY NOT BE USED to reimburse counties for amounts that EXCEED the costs to conduct a JOINT primary election."
You can only handcount in a seperate primary, not joint.
Financial coercion. Pure and simple.
3/ What Republicans @TexasGOP LOSE in joint primary (per SOS's OWN training slides 12-13, Sept 2025):
❌ Election Judge appointments → Election Administrator
❌ Ballot Board appointments → Election Administrator
❌ Signature Verification → Election Administrator
❌ Central Count Manager → Election Administrator
❌ Tabulation Supervisor →
Election Administrator
❌ Separate ballot boxes → COMINGLED
4/ Democrats become CO-JUDGES over Republican polling locations.
Vendors, Democrats, and County get access to ALL Republican voter records, equipment, and ballots.
The EA—an unelected, vendor-associated bureaucrat—becomes the authority over BOTH party primaries.
5/ NOW WE KNOW WHY SOS WON'T ALLOW REPUBLICANS TO CLOSE THEIR PRIMARY:
In a joint primary, SOS becomes supervisor of all EAs running the election.
SOS is clearly captured by vendor interests.
Closed primary = no joint primary = no SOS/vendor control.
6/ FOLLOW THE MONEY:
Counties, parties, AND VENDORS all submit expenses to SOS for reimbursement.
How much are ES&S and Hart getting reimbursed every election?
Records requested. No response.
Do vendors get MORE when counties run joint primaries with their equipment?
No independent candidate for statewide office has ever qualified under these rules.
Texas required my campaign to collect 81,030 signatures in just 30 days—a burden no other state imposes.
If no one can qualify, maybe the problem isn't the candidates.
Maybe it's the law.
We're excited to introduce the new look of the Hays County GOP.
While our mission remains the same, this updated logo reflects our commitment to growth, engagement, and serving Republicans across Hays County.
What do you think of the new look? Let us know in the comments!
@DocPete4Texas@TXsecofstate To stop secure and transparent handcounted elections by the people. The bureaucrats and corporations want control of both parties ballot boxes so fraud is not detectable.

Did you submit a Resolution in your County Election Precinct Convention? The Tx GOP is We the People. If you did not and you want to see your policies and priorities make the cut, I invite you to participate next Election Precinct/County/SD/State Convention and pass a resolution for the issues that most interest you.
All the priorities will be achieved if we Secure Our Elections.

Hey since I supposedly just voted in our runoff on a crooked machine (DS200) thought I'd share this tidbit on our fake elections.

Our case against 7 medical boards has survived motion to dismiss and now goes into discovery!
7 state medical boards revoked, suspended, restricted our medical licenses to suppress non-consensus viewpoints on vaccines and COVID, constituting viewpoint discrimination under state law and violating our First and Fourteenth Amendment rights to speak and patients’ rights to receive such information.
Onward!
