The most colourful month of the year. It started in 1969 after the Stonewall riots, pride month is every June to celebrate LGBT+ communities around the world. It’s also an opportunity to raise awareness of the challenges our community has faced #Pride

Just had a very interesting and unexpected debate with my S4 class. A pupil had said someone on a train had complained when the conductor called passengers “ladies and gentlemen”. This sparked the debate of what is gender vs the sex we are assigned at birth. #IDAHOTB2021 ⭐️🌈

It's #WorldMentalHealthDay today. Research has shown the impact of COVID-19 on LGBT people's mental health, worsening an existing problem for our communities. LGBT people of colour, trans people and LGBT people living in poverty have been particularly hard hit.
