To all employers out there: Please do not expect your employees to do unpaid overtime to the point where they feel the need to apologise for leaving on time.
That should never be acceptable company culture!

If your employees end up doing overtime because of some new and super stressful project, please offer for them to get it paid or at least offer that they can take it off during a less busy time. Don't expect them to do it for free.

@YasmineMaher17 I read once that tears you cry out of sadness contain a stress hormone and that the theory was that crying is your bodies way to rid itself of that stress.
Good for you for letting out some of that!
