@gunenthusiast01 Id say if it goes in a holster then no manual safety. If it has a sling it does need a manual safety. Im specifically thinking of the pistol pdw chassis, which I do think a manual safety should be on
@kfederline76@NighthawkCustom I mean i am broke but id recommend those 2 models over a lot more expensive stuff that I have. That Vulcan reticle in the primary arms version is the absolute best I have used for a pistol
@gunjunky I have that brace and tried that riser and ended up not liking it, if youre a diy guy i found the perfect solution for me. Needs a bit of polishing but I took a sheet of kydex and shaped it to give me a better cheek weld and im very happy with it. Way more sturdy
@Bigtiretbird@NighthawkCustom I have also struggled with that, the holosun aems, 530, and 509 all seem to cause me less problems in the pure red dot class, but the best thing I have found and switched to on several rifles is the primary arms slx and glx micro prisms, they are etched and cause me 0 issues
@Desert__Deus@SciencePew Prolly tru, hate it but get it. I looked into the decibel meters needed to do this kind of testing and it was insanely expensive, well beyond the reach of pretty much anyone that considers it a hobby or is just curious. Dont like the business model but it might be necessary
@DanielDefense Compact, reliable, capable, all tru. But the most important thing in a truck gun is, to me, your willingness to lose it! This one got out of hand and became too nice to leave in my truck, hence, its no longer a truck gun because its too expensive for me to leave unsecured.
U struck a nerve when I saw the 7.5. I got one and its sweet, got like 200 rounds with it, lotta light primer strikes, I was told hard primers in the batch and you can only get it from fk. I never tried another batch and have barely shot it since, but it does shoot 10mm/.40 so I guess thats cool but only 10 round capacity on that. I was hopeful for that gun.
Im in the exact same boat, id love to get rid of my cheaper stuff but even for friends I cant get as cheap as a complete psa these days. A lot of my parts are solid mid teir and high end too, I've just found stuff I like better over the years, a good example is the magpul k2 grips, love em but I prefer the dfco ones now
I understand ur perspective and im inclined to agree, im still on the fence. I do feel like staying at home to teach maga a lesson is ultimately going to hurt myself more. If the dems get power back, empower non citizens to vote, open immigration back up, not sure it will ever swing the other way for the republicans to correct themselves. Feeling pretty deflated over politics in general these days.
