1875 Bing cherry inventor Ah Bing worked on farm for 35 yrs at 10966 McLoughlin Blvd in Milwaukie (OR). Went into hiding amidst mid-1880's racial violence. 1855 immigrant foreman returned to China in 1889. Not allowed back due to 1882-1943 Chinese immigration ban at border.

It appears to have (what it is now referred to as an accessory commercial unit) a storefront connected to it that I'm guessing at one time served the neighborhood. (Store? Barber?)
