Watford Observer to cover poor customer service and blatant sexism in an article. Guardian are looking at if this is system for Intu and who else.

@intuwatford While I love the inclusive disabled toilet signage, the babychange is sexist. As a single dad this doesn’t work. It makes dad’s with kids feel unwelcome to change kids there.
