Football is football and I’m damn glad to have this product - and if the NFL is serious about 18 games, they should be to.

@Paul_Bretl I think this is pretty typical for most teams. Hard to carry too many veteran contracts at edge, where quality gets expensive fast. I like their young depth. They have guys in place to push Van Ness, and Sorrell is going to be hard to keep off the field.

I kinda like GB’s RB room as is.
Pierre Strong is a 210 lb vet, who can bang a bit and ran 4.37 coming out of SoDak St.
Damien Martinez is a tough SOB who packs a wallop and gets tough yards.
Throw in Lynch and Brooks and you’ve got good support for Jacobs.

@mattschneidman Made ‘em count. Hit the needs with strong Packer types and didn’t get too cute (had to squeeze in a trade-up for kicker just to let us know he had it in him).
Looking forward to what the UFDA crop yields. Some interesting guys still out there.

@LilySZhao Very solid. Not sure they had to move up to get either McClellan or Smack but they had their reasons.
Got the big needs met and DDS is super intriguing.
UFDA crop will hopefully yield some depth at TE, RB, another big DL body, maybe a WR with some teams juice.

@BruceIronsNFL Gotta think of it like a commodity. Lawrence is a great player. But has maybe 5 years left and likely 3 at his best.
The #10 pick may or may not be great, but has a pretty good chance to be impactful. Plus, it brings 5 years of cost-controlled production.

@RossUglem I personally enjoy Ross’s style. He gives his thoughts without hyperbole and backs it up with good solid reasoning.
He knows the Packers talent/decision making proclivities and always gives you a look through that lens.
That is the good stuff.

@Matt_Fra_ Don’t bother with it then. I don’t get the whole true crime fascination either, but dismissing a life/death story as non-important while producing gobs of content detailing how some 22-year old did on a 3 cone drill seems a little dissonant. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤔
