@vaxsupport my perfectly good carpet cleaner of 2 years old has a flimsy foam seal break and this renders it unusable. The inability to supply a simple replacement that would cost pence is outrageous! Clearly not sustainability focused with built-in obsolescence for your products

@AngelCullum @VaxUK I conducted my query on the live chat. Simply said that it’s not a problem they have seen before and not replacement part that can be supplied. It stops the entire machine working. As a product designer myself this is an inexcusable design flaw.
