Four new updates.
-Support for stock paired coins.
-PnL cards for your Lots
-Charts for each Lot
-Updates tab on our website so you guys see what we have shipped since launching: https://t.co/MeLrbjN1Il
@godcandle_13 We literally said we were working on a bigger upgrade after this one, consequently it would obviously take us more time between the updates.
New feature added: Lot renting.
You can now rent out a Lot without selling it.
Say you own a Lot you really like, but you’re not/can't actively monitor it right now.
Someone can bid 3 SOL to rent it for 4 hours → they get the fees generated during those 4 hours, while you keep ownership.
Once the rental expires, the fees go straight back to you.
We added this directly to the orderbook of each coin, alongside normal Lot bids/asks.
So now you can buy Lots, sell Lots, or rent the fees for a while.
Own the asset. Trade the activity.
@tooslick1001 It's an orderbook, you can put up a bid for the time you'd like to rent, and an owner can rent it out to you. Or a Lot owner can ask for X sol for X time and someone can rent it from him.
🚨 Revamped our graveyard sweep mechanism to encourage more deploys:
Get your money back if a launch doesn't take off.
If a token hasn't graduated 72 hours after launch, you can refund your Lots and get 90% of what you paid; the other 10% goes to the treasury. There's no deadline, so you can refund any time while it still hasn't graduated. Refunding is optional: you can keep your Lots and hope it graduates later.
Refunded Lots go back on sale.
When someone refunds, their Lots go back on sale at the lowest (floor) price. Anyone can buy them, but Lots bought after the 72-hour mark can't be refunded.
No more losing everything on a dead launch.
Before, the money from a launch that didn't graduate in 72 hours went to the treasury. Now it stays in the launch. If the token graduates later, that money still goes into its liquidity pool, as it always has.
Lot trading opens after graduation.
You can buy and sell Lots with other users once a launch has graduated and moved to its trading pool. Until then, you buy Lots only from the auction itself.
TLDR; You don't lose anything for launching and buying lots if your coin doesn't graduate.
.@DamianProsa bought a Lot from us for 1 SOL yesterday and has already withdrawn 3.3 SOL from it.
Already a 230% gain and this will just keep increasing.
The best part of this: he can sell it to someone else whenever he wants.
Whole new market for each coin.
This holder bought a Lot from us, meaning he now earns 10% of the fees generated by our coin solana:Lot1LUgNbsEvUeteU4onXQvHYRXzqJMCvHGWvvnY1nh. He can sell his Lot whenever he feels like as well.
We currently own 7 more Lots we're willing to sell some more into bids through our app to users.
I bought a @LotProtocol lot off them for 1.7 SOL like 20 minutes ago and its already earned me 0.38 SOL back
This tech is insane. Concept is novel. Can create any pumpfun or stonk launch that you want and auction off a percentage of your creator fees.
First of its kind. Higher
