@CharlieSaxaC@Iromg@andyburnham The idea is, and it works for other countries, that you don't readmit deportees. As for voting, I don't do that anymore, it's a fools errand. But I had voted for the conservatives and libdems in the past.
@CharlieSaxaC@Iromg@andyburnham If only there was a cohort of about 10,000 prisoners that could be released and then sent out of the country, never to be allowed to return.
Think of all the space that would create for the left's dissidents and counter revolutionaries.
@angry_warbler@johnennis "just needs reform". WTF do you mean with "Just". Like it would "just" be a simple thing to do.
The EU is utterly unbending in its ideology. What you see as inefficiency and ineptitude IS the idiology AND corruption. Like the USSR it will never reform, only ever double down
Once again the ever duplicitous media make this sound like a gift of free money, from our benevolent overlords in the EU.
It isn't, it's a loa, at a worse interest rate than Bulgarians used to get on Lev denominated mortgages.

@gelatinousjelly@Daractenus Still no decent road to Calafat for the bridge. Still better leaving the EU and driving though Serbia for far better roads.
@HistoryBro1 Nema boiled my piss yesterday. His angle is, just ignore all the terrible things that are going on everyday, instead buy one of my courses to educate and improve yourself. He's literally advocating the 'This is fine' meme.
@AaronBastani Please show us an example of a socialist command economy Mars bar? I've already got an idea of what it would be like.
Also, pretty sure we have less capitalism, less free markets and more leftism in our economy than we did 30 years ago.
@Europarl_EN Listen carefully to what she says. The laws do not come from the only democraticly elected component of the EU. In fact the "Parliament" (it's more like a second chamber really) was entirely an afterthought, added to give the semblance of democracy.
